FINAL COUP FOR THE GENOCIDE OF THE MALISSET OF VIGER

LAND SESSION IN 1869, TODAY THE TAKE OVER BY STRANGER , THE FINAL COUP FOR THE GENOCIDE OF THE MALISEET OF VIGER

Does any of the Original Family clans of the Malisset Nation of Viger realise that even if the Jenniss did succeed to become Indian under the Indian Act by claiming to be descendant of Charles nicholas # 47 ,they also knew they had to retain the term Band Council to define the leadership of Viger and to do what they did under the protection and the application of the Indian Act.

They knew most members of the original family clans of the Maliseet Nation could not be registered under the Indian Act because of the land session of 1869 and the double white mother clause .

By recognising themselves under a Band Council protected by the Indian Act, it gave the Jenniss the authority to registered all their family members to become members of an Indian Band at Viger but not necessarily citizens of the Malisset Nation under the citizenship code.

As long as they were Indian under the Indian Act the Jenniss could not care much to be Maliseet but they knew they needed a First nation identity to be recognized by other Maliseet communities and other First Nations because they did not knew were there indianness came from.

Now we better understand why the Jenniss never wanted to act or participate in a Maliseet Nation Council or to participate in Maliseet activies in New Brunswick because none of them are Maliseet and since 1989, they never complied to the rule and regulation of the citizenship code of the Maliseet Nation of Viger that regulates who are their citizens. They prefer to retain the indian act to exercise a control on Membership rather than citizenship , there fore excluding most maliseet from the Maliseet Original Family Clans .

Any citizens of another Nation or an Indian registered on the general list 816 of the government other than members of the original family clans of the Maliseet Nation at Viger must, in order to be recognize and accepted as Maliseet under the rules and regulations of the citizenship code of the Maliseet Nation at Viger,to present themselves in front of 2/3 of the citizens of the original Maliseet family clans assembled together in general assembly , to explain why they want to join or transfer to the Malisset Nation of Viger.

So far the Citizenship code had never been applied since its acceptance by the majority of the members of the original family clans of the Maliseet Nation in june of 1987.

The Jenniss who are not Malisset but now registered under the Indian act are ruling the Maliseet and their clans of the Maliseet Nation of Viger who are no longer being able to be registered under the Indian act like the children of Ruby Denis Pollard and all the other one who are slowly dying .

This is why we had to adopt a Citizenship code at Viger to help reunite all the descendants of the original Malisset family clans under one Nation.

Unfortunalty the Indian act prevailled for the Jenniss and is now used for the termination of the genocide of the original people of the original Maliseet clans of Viger and unfortunately supported by the Canadian Government.
