VICTORIA ISLAND IS A CONFEDERACY WAY OF LIFE NOT A PROJECT

When the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada will start to envision the greatest importance of all 3 main collective islands called Chaudière island , Albert Island and Victoria island surrounded by Chaudière falls on the Ottawa river as the land base and the resting place for Aboriginal People to assert face to face in front of the doorstep of the Canadian Parliament their original jurisdiction and responsibility toward the protection of the land of this country as one Aboriginal Crown, the same way they did it in the past with their presence on these islands and the empowerment of their original government called the Confederacy.

When the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada will recognize these particular islands location for the purpose to assert and facilitate their political way of life and the role the Crown of the Aboriginal peoples played to operated at one time as a Confederacy to sustain and protect the social, cultural, spiritual and political way of life of its peoples, its communities and its Nations.

When the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada will recognize their Aboriginal Crown and how these islands carefully watch in the past the process of these colonial governments being born on its river shores and registering their voices and the one of the Confederacy gathering through the sound and vibration of its falls, with the French Crown on one side of the River and the British Crown on the other, but both living in constant political opposition.

People should also be reminded this is why the Canadian Parliament was built in colonial time on that hill to carefully watch and participate in the activity of the Confederacy in gathering of all Aboriginal Nations. The Canadian government went as far by a process of a military order to reserve as a neutral ground all these islands and the green space surrounding it for the exclusive use of the Confederacy of the Aboriginal people and to facilitate their gathering.

When the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada will recognize these islands were always the spiritual and political base for the gathering of the Confederacy of all Aboriginal Nations in attendance way before colonial time and to become in contemporary time like a link between those 2 colonial foreign governments .

When the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada will realise it is time to give back to these islands its spiritual and political role they once played as the repository place for the Crown of the Confederacy of the Aboriginal Peoples.

When the Algonkins, more so the Odawa who once presided the Confederacy, will renew their responsibility and commitment to the Crown of the Aboriginal People to maintain the role of theses islands as a neutral ground for all Aboriginal Nations to meet in Confederacy, and to free the islands and the falls of all foreign private or corporate establishments, for the building and the preservation of a resting place for the Aboriginal Peoples Confederacy to gather, to rule and to demonstrate to the other 2 colonial Crowns the role Victoria island could play as a guardian of the Crown of the Aboriginal peoples of Canada in the contemporary participatory democratic process of the Canadian society. A proposal for a Confederacy building was submitted at one time in the mid 1980s to reflect this vision .

Only then the Aboriginal Peoples of Canada would understand the spiritual role these islands must play as the symbol for the empowerment of their Confederacy to become the third Order of government in Canada rather than to be perceived as a simple irrelevant individual aboriginal touristic or economic development project for Canadian or the Algonkin Nation.

Victoria islands were and will remain a land base for the demonstration of the Confederacy political and spiritual way of life in the eyes of all traditional Aboriginal peoples. This is why these islands must regain their true original role and their true original name to remind all Canadians who are the original custodian of this Country and to sustain the role the Confederacy of the Aboriginal Peoples must continue to play on the Canadian political scene.

And if People are concern about individual dream for all aboriginal people to operate under one spirit and one mind under one great Confederacy , this was indeed the dream of a great Aboriginal leader called Tecumseh.
